We assist international clients with assets in the UAE in structuring their succession planning, asset structure, and family protection in a legally sound manner.

Our law firm combines legal precision with a human touch—specializing in:

• DIFC Court Wills for Non-Muslims

• Wealth Succession & Estate Planning in the UAE

• Company Formation & Structural Consulting (Mainland / Free Zone / Holding)

• Golden Visa Strategies & Real Estate Protection

We are looking for a qualified German-speaking attorney with in-depth knowledge in these areas to work with us in providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Your profile:

• Fully qualified lawyer with a German state examination or equivalent qualification

• Already registered as a Will Draftsman with the DIFC Court – or interested in getting registered quickly

• Experience in drafting and executing wills and estate plans for non-Muslims in the UAE

• Knowledge of local conditions regarding business start-ups, visa procedures, business succession, and free zone regulations (RAKEZ, IFZA, DDA, etc.)

• Confident in communicating with international clients, government agencies, and the DIFC Courts

• Fluent in spoken and written English and German

• You are honest, precise, and responsible, and you can explain even complex topics clearly and understandably

Your responsibilities:

• 📁 Legal advice and support in drafting and executing DIFC wills

• 📝 Review, preparation, and registration of wills in accordance with DIFC regulations

• 🏛 Assistance with complex structural setups (Golden Visa, corporate structure, family holdings)

• 📌 Coordination with government agencies, the DIFC Registry, partners, and clients

• 🤝 Collaboration with the founder (RA & DIFC Will Draftsman) and our interdisciplinary team
