Our focus is on:

• DIFC Wills for Non-Muslims

• Company Formation in the UAE (Free Zones & Mainland)

• Golden Visa Strategies & Business Succession

• Legal certainty for international families and entrepreneurs

We are looking for dedicated support with legal and administrative tasks—preferably remotely or on-site in Dubai as part of your elective placement.

Your responsibilities:

• 📁 Legal research (DIFC Law, inheritance law, corporate law)

• 📄 Assistance with the preparation and documentation of wills

• 🧾 Creation and maintenance of checklists, client documents, and templates

• 📌 Translation & Proofreading of German-English Legal Texts

• ✍️ Contributing to internal training materials and the knowledge base

• 🌍 If interested: Client insights and personalized support during appointments in Dubai are available

You bring the following:

• Law student who has passed the first state examination or is currently completing a legal clerkship

• Native German speaker & good English skills

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner & reliability

• Interest in international law, Dubai, and a structured approach to work

• Ideally, a strong background in corporate or inheritance law, or a major in these fields

• Curiosity, responsibility, and a desire to grow together
